GPO MEMBERSHIP SPECIALIST
Primary responsibility is to support our customers, group purchasing partners, and sales and marketing organizations by accurately maintaining group memberships.  Specifically, duties include: (1) coordinating receipt of all group membership documentation within a timely manner and tracking and following up on any outstanding documentation, (2) maintaining all group membership lists in an easily accessible, common format for use by the Rebates/Tracing Specialists, (3) researching questionable memberships/relationships between End-Users and group purchasing organizations and (4) reviewing all customer (sold-to) additions. Serves as “primary contact” with all group purchasing partners regarding membership research and confirmation of group relationships. Runs canned Oracle-based reporting to establish baseline performance metrics and compliance against goal for various group related Customers in addition to running ad-hoc customer and group-based reporting as needed for internal and external customers.

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in a customer service related field is preferred.  Strong verbal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks required. Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly Word and Excel).  Experience with Excel formulas, macros, and/or pivot tables a plus.
