Front Desk Receptionist
Front Desk Receptionist for a busy full service exhibit and sign company, moving to Cheshire, CT in September, 2008.
Responsibilities include: answering multi line phones, transferring calls and paging employees.Greeting clients/visitors to the company. Maintaining the reception area with company marketing materials. Data entry into company database.Good typing skills. Filing. Additional clerical responsibilities as needed.
Full time position: hours are 8AM-4:30PM with 1/2 hour for lunch.
