Foundry Foreman - Rapid Prototyping Environment

You will perform a variety of duties overseeing the Finishing and Molding Departments and your responsibilities will include the following items Set team member’s schedules Work with the Operations Manager to ensure deliveries are made on time Set output and quality standards Train team members in job skills Trouble–shoot and problem solve output and quality issues Be able to work overtime and weekends as requiredKey Duties and Responsibilities: Work well without supervision Able to work in a fast- paced environment Able to manage a multitude of different activities simultaneously Must have a verifiable work history of career progression and stability Learn all aspects of the various jobs in the department Skills and Qualifications:
3 - 5 years experience as a foreman High school diploma Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Able to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to organize and prioritize. Complete assignments in a timely manner and meet deadlines. Active listening skills and able to communicate objectives clearly. Commitment to the company goals and objectives. Ability to implement creative yet practical solutions. Must be physically fit and able to lift 40 pounds Blue print reading a plus
