Floor Supervisor

The position of this Supervisor will be responsible for the following processes:    • Supervise a team of production employees (anywhere from 5 – 50 employees at any given time)    • Motivate, coach and lead your employees in a positive direction    • Perform special projects as assigned      Qualifications:    • A very strong interest in the well being of the employees that you will supervise   • Basic knowledge of workplace safety   Conflict resolution skills •   Demonstrated work experience with proven leadership and motivational skills   • Ability to stand on your feet for several hours at a time    • Ability to communicate effectively with both your production team and the management team is a must – fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred   • Experience working in a manufacturing environment    • Knowledge of the MicroSoft office suite preferred (email, excel, word, power point, access, internet explorer)   • Ability to work closely/communicate effectively with trainers   • Proven track record in the arena of developing better working habits/processes   • Team-player     In addition to a 4 DAY WORK WEEK, we offer the following:    • Competitive rate of pay (25-32k)    • Benefits package   • A very casual work environment    • Valuable on the job training    • A drug free workplace If you are interested in this position, please send a Word copy of your resume to me at Sara.Kollmar@expresspros.com or give me a call at 806-467-2562. I look forward to speaking with you soon- Sara KollmarExecutive Recruiter
