First Article - Technical Writer (Level 1)
We are looking for a Engineering Manager who can manage a group of engineers, technicians, and drafters in the design and production of aviation seat belt and restraint systems, including product research and development, testing and certification, and the support of production and purchasing. You will also be coordinating with company personnel and outside FAA designees, and communicate directly with the FAA and MIDO offices, to ensure compliance with the regulations and polices governing TSO, PMA, and STC applications and approvals.
Must have a BS degree in Engineering and related work experience and have aviation seat belt or restraint system experience within an Aerospace environment. Must also be familiar with aerospace structures and designs using stamped/formed metal parts, plastic injected molded parts, and FAA regulations (TSO-C22g, TSO-C114, and AS 8043.)
