Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Goodyear Tire and Rubber company currently has an opening for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Topeka, KS.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Develop and facilitate 3 year planning process

-Lead in the development of the plants annual operating plan

-Lead and perform cost and financial analysis for plant operating team

-Support all operation centers in the manufacturing facility

-Develop, implement, and perform forecasting

-Develop and implement financial and operations risk assessment tools and processes

Qualifications/Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required-graduate degree preferred

-Minimum 10 years experience in Finance and/or Accounting with reporting and analysis responsibilities

-Experience supporting large operations, businesses, or support functions

-Experience dealing with senior management

-Manufacturing experience preferred
