Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance       Job Description   Position Summary:Reporting to the Manager of Wireless Services, the position of Analyst of Wireless Services is located in West Springfield, MA. Responsibilities include:- Financial analysis of cellular and paging invoices- Allocation of wireless charges to proper cost centers and GL codes- Establish and maintain an effective relationship with vendors, regional controllers and management to control cellular costs - Provide financial reporting to Tyco Business Units on wireless spend and usage- Audit wireless telecom invoices to ensure policy compliance- Billing optimization through reviewing/modifying individual rate plans and features to maximize savings and minimize overage costs- Maintain effective relationship with accounts payables departments within the organization to monitor aging balances and payment reconciliations- Maintain active inventory of wireless device assigned to employees and/or cost centers to ensure accuracy and to protect company assetsCritical Skills / Core Competencies:- High integrity- Excellent organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time- Strong work ethic- Develop and drive tactical plans to execute strategy- Ability to compare alternate courses of action and make a decision after considering the optionsRequirements: Education / Work Experience Required:- High School Diploma- College degree or 2 years minimum work experience in finance- Knowledge or prior work experience in the wireless telecommunications industry preferred- Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications, such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint- Knowledge of Microsoft OutlookApply Online Send this Job to a Friend View all "Tyco" jobs Learn more about Tyco
