Finance Coordinator
We currently have an opening in our Marketing & Sales Services department for a Finance Coordinator. This position is responsible for financial analysis and reporting of activities related to sales & marketing. Major Functions: 1. Coordinate annual Sales Forecasts for Market Channels2. Coordinate Sales Forecasts for Sales Force3. Work with sales and Marketing to develop Budgets4. Participate in development of and calculates Quarterly Incentives for Sales Force 5. Utilize PowerPoint skills to support presentations6. Issue monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed7. Participate in the development of reporting and planning systems that streamline processes related to sales and marketing Skills & Abilities: Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPoint, Oracle, Lawson, Monarch, Access Strong communication skills both oral and written with proven analytical ability Organized Detail Oriented Sense of urgency Must have aptitude for numbers Comfortable working with large databases Self-starter with ability to work independently Education & Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Advanced Excel experience required Background in accounting/ budgeting preferred Must have experience working with large databases We offer an excellent benefits & compensation package, including 100% tuition reimbursement, on-site training & development, and a company-paid pension plan.
