Field Operations Manager

Leedo Cabinetry is a national leader in the manufacturing and installation of cabinetry and countertops for residential projects, all across the country. We began 34 years ago and our reputation and client base hasn’t stopped growing.  Our Company has an opportunity for take-charge professionals to manage and oversee our multi-family and military housing projects in a field operations management position.

 

This is a challenging position with full accountability for the success of multiple projects. This success is achieved by performing the following duties:

 

·  Verification of customer selections, scope and contract provided by sales group at the onset of each new project to ensure that customer expectations are met

·  Knowledge of field measuring and cabinet layout feasibility

·  Knowledge of ordering, verifying and scheduling of deliveries to ensure that reporting field managers will be successful

·  The ability to perform jobsite reviews to prevent problems and identify unnecessary costs

·  Creating a relationship with the customer's management team to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention.

·  Approving weekly payroll submitted by field managers

·  Providing weekly feedback on field issues, (i.e. manufacturing defects, parts orders, deliveries, etc.) to others within our organization to eliminate reoccurring problems

·  Management of Leedo’s field managers to ensure they are successful

·  Ensuring that field managers and projects follow budgeted guidelines



We are looking for a seasoned construction professional.  Job requirements are as follows:

 

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience 

·  Ability to multi-task

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Excellent organization skills

·  Strong work ethic

·  Good Technical Skills (MS Office)

·  Willing to travel with overnight stays
