Field Finance Manager

Recruitment Enhancement Services is currently recruiting for a Field Finance Manager on behalf of a broadly based, global leader in medical technology that consistently delivers exceptional results. The Field Finance Manager will support the business initiatives by providing both proactive and reactive financial insight, analysis and perspective; will consult sales with management on all financial matters and implement actions to achieve targets; work with the Area Vice Presidents in the field on P&L/Cash Flow, inventory objectives, pricing projects, headcount justifications and operations initiatives.

Requirements for this position:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required or a MBA and/or CPA is preferred along with 5+ years work experience in a business finance environment with a strong preference for experience in a field based selling organization.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint as well as providing accurate financial analyses in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
