Facilities Supervisor
Experience: My client, a leader in the production of specialty, food/consumer grade chemicals, is seeking a 2nd shift Facilities Supervisor with the following qualifications: 5 - 10 plus years in a manufacturing environment; in a supervisory role Will consider 3 years experience with chemical manufacturing background Bachelor degree preferred Description: The 2nd shift Facilities Supervisor will report to the operations manager and must have the ability to: Supervise individuals from four of the facilities departments (SP, Technical (blending), Warehouse and Maintenance) Lead, guide and communicate with eight direct reports along with nine additional indirect reports Availability to work the shift from 2 - 11 p.m. Responsible for the coaching and development of employees and promote a team environment in which teamwork and innovation are used to solve problems Company: My client's company was established in 1929, is a diversified chemical company with national reach.
