We are an equal opportunity employer. ' Manage the Cummins MerCruiser Diesel Marine Technical Center Facilities and Logistics Team. This includes shipping, receiving, indirect stores and warehousing. ' Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all facilities systems for MTC.' Support interface with site owners/managers.' Support the Health Safety & Environmental Management including Business Continuity Plans for CMD. ' Support and manage GHG and other recycling efforts for CMD.' Supports goals and targets identification for MTC.' Manage facilities budget and cost reduction efforts for MTC Facilities Operations.' Assure policies and procedures are current and maintained in the QSI database.' Audit and develop plans for continuous improvements ' B.S. or B.E.T. Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience required.' Knowledge of environmental regulations, i.e. ISO 14001 certification.' Willingness to become a certified auditor in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & TS 16949.' Knowledge of environmental requirements including waste treatment systems and auxiliary equipment and process as they relate to environmental process equipment and their operations. ' Managerial skills with department budgetary responsibility.' Demonstrated project management skills.' Strategic and long range planning.' Use common approach, team based work process and approach to problem solving, including Seven-Step, FMEA and six sigma tools.' Computer skills (Project management, Cad, Microsoft work, excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, and database.' Knowledge of legal requirements, building codes, Occupational Health and Safety Standards, ANSI Standards, and applicable engineering process and standards as it relates to Environmental Engineering and Environmental Stewardship Cummins is an Equal Opportunity Employer
