Requirements: Ideal candidates will be very experienced in the shipment and receiving of outgoing and incoming materials, parts and products. Must have experience with shipping and receiving software and on-line tracking programs. Must be a self-starter with the confidence and initiative to build a strong department. The ability to analyze procedures and suggest improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs is critical. Knowledge of live plants a plus.
