Export Document Coordinator

Henny Penny is one of the largest independent manufacturers of commercial food service equipment in the world.  We have 500 employees at our world headquarters in Eaton Ohio and are currently seeking an experienced Export Document Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team.  This newly created position will report to our Customer Service Supervisor and be responsible for a customer base in addition to coordinating export documentation worldwide.

 

The person in this position will be a key player in a department known for its outstanding dedication to our customers.  Responsibilities include:

 

·  Preparing the appropriate documents required for international shipments

·  Working cooperatively with freight forwarders

·  Assisting our international customers and distributors in the Pacific Rim  

·  Supporting our international sales team

·  Providing special customer care and unmatched responsiveness to all of our business partners

 

In order to be considered applicants must possess the following:

·  Experience preparing letters of credit

·  Understanding and experience with Incoterms

·  Experience preparing shipping documents including; commercial invoices and SEDs

·  Minimum 5 years international customer service experience

·  College Degree in Business, Communication or related field (Must have at least an Associate’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree preferred or extensive international shipping experience)

·  Ability to speak Mandarin is a is a definite plus

 

Experience in a manufacturing environment and bilingual skills are both highly desirable.
