Position Description:

POSITION: Executive AssistantREPORTING TO: Reports directly to the General Manager with dotted line to the other managers as outlined below. JOB SUMMARY: Provides administrative support for the senior management team including the General Manager, Controller, HR Manager, Product Manager and Director of Operations. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a wide variety of administrative duties for the management team including but not limited to the following;Prepares monthly reports and spreadsheets Prepares presentations and support materials required by management.Prepares correspondence, letters, memos etc.Assists in the gathering and analysis of data at the direction of the manager. Processes paperwork unique to the assigned manager/department. Handles inquiries on behalf of the department manager. Schedules appointments and books travel & lodging requirements as needed. Organizes meetings and hosts visitors to the facility. Maintains records and data unique to the department manager. Answers phones and distributes callsOther administrative support as needed. -Strong Microsoft Office skills required: Word,Excell and Power point. ACCESS TO INFORMATION: Has limited access to confidential information as defined by the department manager. DIRECT REPORTS: NoneCLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt. (hourly)
