Job Purpose: Prepares estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements Provides raw materials for plant operations by identifying sources: obtaining samples: placing orders Production planning and some customer service Duties: Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, specifications and related documents Computes cost by analyzing labor, material and time requirements Purchases raw materials by obtaining pricing and delivery schedule: preparing and forwarding purchase orders for approval. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Skills: Analyzing Information, Estimating, Planning, Reporting Results, Attention to detail, Informing others, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Quality Focus, Listening, Multi-tasking Computer literate, Math aptitude, Fast-paced environment requiring quick response time
