Equipment Group Manager-Will manage the purchase or creation of various pieces of equipment required to support on-going mfg. and new product development while working closely with Manufacturing Engineering and the new Product Design group in creating specifications and identifying solutions to address needs defined in those specifications. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance (TPM) and up-time optimization programs while supporting the various equipment needs in service depot, test and development labs, and at suppliers as required. Duties also include developing, and managing personnel to ensure efficient operation of the Equipments Support group.
