We are currently seeking an entry level Chemist in our Woodcare business line. This position will formulate new products and update existing formulations under the direction of experienced chemist and/or group leader. Conduct laboratory testing of prototypes and internal controls versus competitive products in the development of new woodcare coatings. Provide support to the marketing, sales, supply chain and procurement activities of the Woodcare business line. Qualifications:B.S. Degree in Chemistry, Coatings Science or related materials science.Chemical laboratory experience preferred. Experience in testing & the formulation of architectural coatings is a plus.Good written, oral communication and PC skills.Proven problem-solving abilities.We are able to offer our employees a competitive salary and benefits package that includes medical, dental, 401K, and bonus opportunity.
