Engineers Needed

CareersUSA Woodbury is currently working with a major manufacturing company in the South Jersey area to fill 2 Engineering positions: Process Engineer and an Environmental Engineer in the Gloucester County area of New Jersey.

The Salary range for these positions are $60,000 - $80,000.

Job Descriptions:

Process Engineer: Analyze & troubleshoot the manufacturing processes, leading in continuous improvements including Kaizen events, & reducing scrap & waste.  Will plan, specify & design tooling, collect & analyze process data.  Will also train operators, anaylyze & design layout of equipment & workspace for maximum efficiency, & work with vendors on specifications of products & purchasing. Lean & Six-Sigma experience required.  Experience with metal a plus.

Environmental Engineer: Responsible for all safety & health programs as well as preventing chemical, physical & biological hazards in the facility.  Will survey & evaluate data related to occupational & environemntal health issues, develop systems to monitor & track problem performance.  Will monitor instruments & equipment and recommend control measures.  Direct employees regarding health regulations & keep current with industry & government regulations. 

Requirements: Minimum 4 year Engineering degree (Process, Mechanical or Industrial). 3-5 years experience in production. Experience with Lean & Six-Sigma tools.
