The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic technological and engineering support to the plant's facilities, equipment, production processes, and products to provide continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, and value. Training is provided on the job with progressively more challenging assignments and responsibilities as the individual demonstrates his or her ability to progress.Description of Training Program:Candidates will learn to plan, organize and direct engineering project work by enlisting sound engineering and business practices. Candidates will obtain or produce all data pertinent to the engineering project such as design engineering and construction drawings, cost estimates and equipment availability. Degrees Considered: BS Chemical Engineering BS Mechanical Engineering BS Electrical Engineering BS Environmental Engineering BS Industrial Engineering Other Qualifications:Candidates should have demonstrated leadership skills and be highly self-motivated individuals.Students must have a GPA of at least 2.8 and be authorized to work permanently in the United States.Location flexibility is desired. Starting location(s): Allison Park, PABarberton, OHCircleville, OHCleveland, OHHuntsville, ALLake Charles, LALexington, NCLouisville, KYNatrium, WVOak Creek, WISpringdale, PAStrongsville, OHSylmar, CAÂ
