As an Engineering Technician/CNC Programmer at CoorsTek, you are responsible for converting customer drawings to CoorsTek manufacturing prints and assisting in the preparation of the needed equipment. This position will be located in Golden, CO.Day to Day: Performs computer aided drafting activities to support manufacturing, engineering, and sales Responsible for the reverse engineering process including generation of prints Maintains engineering files, keeping them organized and up-to-date Assists in the planning and preparation of manufacturing operations sheets Assists in the design and ordering of production tooling Communicates and works cooperatively with management, lead people, operators, etc., to coordinate engineering prints with production Utilizes basic knowledge of ceramic materials and shrinkage rates Checks all incoming prints for completeness and readability Works with sales and engineering to ensure all prints are correct and ready for production Education/Experience Required: Experience with Inventor and AutoCAD required CNC and MasterCAM experience helpful CoorsTek offers excellent benefits: medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, life insurance, AD&D, STD/LTD, PTO, tuition reimbursement, health club reimbursement, and much more!
