We are looking for an exceptional engineering manager who will bring new ideas and strong management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly visible position leading one of DentalEZ’s most critical engineering sites. The operations are complex, automated and modern manufacturing technology.

 

 Responsibilities include the following:

 Direct Engineering resources through the initiation, assessment, and implementation of new or improved products and processes.  Seek out and analyze new product opportunities Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve the speed and quality of the “Concept-to-Marketâ€� cycle.Support manufacturing operations by improving existing products, processes, tooling, and equipment.

 Qualifications:

 Bachelors Degree in Engineering function, Masters Degree preferred, but not required.7 years minimum experience in Medical Device or Dental Field, with significant involvement in product development and manufacturing engineering and a background in precision machining.Strong management and leadership skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse group of employees and build a team culture.Demonstrated project management and team facilitation skills.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office or equivalent PC skills.
