Injex Industries Inc., is located in Hayward, California (Northern California - East Bay) and is a plastic injection molding manufacturing facility supplying automotive interior, exterior, trim, and under hood products operating in a Just-In-Time environment. 

As an expanding company, Injex is continuously seeking exceptional professionals to become a part of our team. We do our best to promote from within, but due to our significant growth, we must seek individuals from outside the Injex family.

Qualified candidates will have a combination of hands-on expertise, relevant experience, education and talent, to include, but not limited to, the following requirements for these opportunities:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relative discipline Experience in a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment Broad-based knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality practices (ISO systems) Experience in application of lean manufacturing/six sigma principles Innovation in developing people and is an expert in mentoring and coaching Leadership with the necessary skills to embrace and implement change Commitment to safety and quality Determination for success and passion to exceed
