Great Opportunity for a college student or recent graduate to learn the Employee Relations business!Very busy food manufacturing facility in Lancaster seeks 2nd and 3rd shift assistants to handle employee issues and concerns, ensure that employees questions are answered in a timely fashion, research pay discrepancies, provide benefit information, identify training needs, administer disciplinary actions.The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of employment law, strong computer skills, ability to maintain healthy relations between employees and supervisors, excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude toward employees.This is a long term/indefinite contract assignment!  Flexible hours for the right person!Hurry, position starts immediately!
