Embedded Project Manager

Stanley CSS is a US based company providing electronic security systems and services for commercial and residential customers. Stanley CSS consists of 50+ branches responsible for selling, installing, monitoring and on-going service. Products and services are brought to the market through a dedicated sales force.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Project task scheduling

2. Project progress reporting

3. Engagement of sub-contracting services

4. Oversight of equipment ordering, receipt and delivery

5. Liaison between client and Stanley CSS and recording of time for billing purposes

6. 5 years industry experience

7. Knowledge of project management principles

8. Project estimating skills

9. Ability to read blueprints and specifications.

Other Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and personal computers.

- Solid communications skills.

- Sales or Operations experience with 3-4 or more years experience including national project management responsibilities.

- Fire & Security, and controls knowledge.

- NICET Level 1 or Project Manager certified or equivalent.

- Understanding of contracts, risk management, etc
