CITY/STATE: Santa Clara, CAPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Manufacturing/Production/Operations EPI Operator DescriptionPerformed all aspects of an operator technician for VPE CVD Reactors for ALInGap material including; loading and unloading wafers, performing trap cleans on reactors, observing different behaviors in reactor performance and entering data into database. Analyzed wafer characterization data using KLA Tensor Candela, ACCENT Mercury Probe Doping in ALInGap wafers, and RPM 2000 for thickness and color of wafers. RequirementsCheck wafers visually and under the microscope for any surface defects, take image of the wafer. Operates Etcher Reactors and Phosphoric sink.Works in a cleanroom environment.Can work a 3/4 day shift Nights or Days.
