ELECTRICAL ENGINEER needed for manufacturer of highly technical capital machines

This major manufacturer of highly technical capital machines/equipment has immediate need for Electrical Engineers.

1)  ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:
....BSEE or equivalent experience
....Minimum of 3 years experience in design and testing of electromechanical equipment
....Minimum of 2 years experience in CAD
....Ability to write, test, & troubleshoot PLC based software for industrial controls
....Efficient in Project Management skills  and  "hands-on" experience in field

RESPONSIBILITIES:
....Complete electrical design for machines including specification & design of control systems using
PLCs. Knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs a plus
....Design of HMI screens using Win CC, I Fix, and Wonderware software
....Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings & specs to meet customer requirements
....Plan/prioritize projects for new designs & improvements to existing designs; create & maintain
project and completing schedules, resources, budgets, time lines, etc.
....Maintain security, accuracy & completeness of all information, files & data (drawings,
change notices, time sheets, BOMs, project schedules, etc.)
....Assure all designs are safe & operational - conforming to OSHA, National Electrical Code, NFPA, CE and other foreign standards
....Plan engineering requirements for customer orders based on customer technical specifications
....Package electrical systems into given design space
....Design pneumatic & other gas control systems related to machines being manufactured

2) ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:
....BSEE
....Minimum of 3-5 years in the design and testing of electromechanical equipment
....Minimum of 2 years experience in AutoCAD and/or 3d CAD
....Ability to write, test, & troubleshoot the following: PLC based software for industrial controls,
Digital Microcontrollers, Structured Text programming languages such as C, C++. and CNC "M" and
"G" Code programming
....Efficient in Project Management skills with ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
....Plan/prioritize projects (new designs & improvements to existing designs) using project management skills to create & maintain project and completing schedules, resources, budgets, time lines, etc.
....Maintain the security, accuracy & completeness of all information, files & data created
....Assure designs are safe & operational, conforming to OSHA, National Electricl Code and NFPA
....Plan engineering requirements for customer orders based on white specs from marketing & production
control.
....Support production of customer orders and servicing, by working very closely with all team members
focusing on the customer requirements as the goal
....Review, approve & upgrade the BOM structures of products to improve department efficiency
....Estimate design requirements based on custom requests from other departments
....Assist in updating or creating product test procedures and in the training of less skilled technicians
....Assist in the design of prototype equipment, build and create engineering drawings
....Design electrical power distribution, control signal schemes, digital communication components and
other systems required for automated machinery
....Package electrical systems into given design space
....Design control & positioning systems related to manufactured capital machines
....Create customer specific schematic drawing sets to provide all information necessary for installation
of large, highly technical capital machines

SALARY:  To $70,000  with A+ Benefits
