E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Vita-Mix Corporation, a thriving, world-wide, Company, located in Northeast Ohio, is on track to fulfill our Vision of being “The BEST Blending Equipment Company in the World.â€�  We are undergoing a growth cycle to meet market demand and we are seeking a E-Commerce Marketing Manager with a strong balance of technical and marketing abilities to improve and maintain the company’s U.S. and international website. As Web Marketing Manager you will use internet technology to ensure a consistent Vita-Mix message. A few of the responsibilities include: Business & Strategic Build the sales plans and budgets that ensure we achieve our sales goals. Develop Key Performance Indicators to maintain sales and profit growth. Monitor trends in the media for online sales and public awareness opportunities. Create and manage e-marketing programs Develop web-based initiatives that will maximize sales and profits. Create an effective and compatible message and image for Vita-Mix.Technical Build content management system so pages can be used internationally without sacrificing U.S. effectiveness. Monitor and track web traffic patterns to drive the development of compelling web content that will increase traffic, lengthen of visit, and provide multiple reasons for visitors to opt in and/or purchase. Enhance analytics capabilities by maximizing the usage of our web analytics package. Manage e-commerce systems such as e-stores, international currency handling systems. Research new internet marketing tools for appropriateness and fit. Facilitate the purchase of appropriate internet support software packages.Minimum Qualifications BA in Marketing, Design or Computer Science. 5 years managing e-commerce business, preferably B2C and direct response.  Proven experience with administration of e-commerce portal, web site, A/B suites, search engine optimization.
