We have an exciting opportunity for a Documentation Coordinator at our Baton Rouge, LA location. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:The Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for compilation of data packages according to customer requirements, working closely with the inside sales teams and working to meet deadlines. The Documentation Coordinator will use tried and tested organizational skills to ensure data is accurately gathered and presented to the customer in a professional format. In addition, the Documentation Coordinator will: Ø Provide varied phone and e-mail support to customers.Ø Manage order requirements concerning documentation and data packages.Ø Investigate and resolve customer complaints concerning documentation.Ø Respond to requests for literature and product information.
