Document Control

Document ControlDescription: Will be responsible for organizing and managing all Document-related activities, including: assigning, tracking, and rev level control of all new and current released and Engineering documents; design and management of document control database; and document rev level status. Responsible for interfacing with Engineering, Operations, and clients to ensure proper document formatting is performed on all new documentation and that all documentation is in place prior to manufacturing release.May also be responsible for analyzing changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change, ECO AutoCAD, and AutoDesk experience. Coordinates with Eng, QA and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting. Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.
