Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a growing top 50 Third Party Logistics Company (3PL), is seeking candidates for Dock Supervisor positions at our Flat Rock, MI facility. The Dock Supervisor position is designed to coordinate and monitor the logistics process of material movement through a high volume warehouse facility.

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following:1-3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentBachelor’s degree preferredEffective oral and written communication skillsProblem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detailStrong work ethic, and flexibility to work afternoon and night shiftsAbility to multitaskA competitive and career oriented mindsetAbility to work any shift

 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Direct supervision of union warehouse staffLiaison between plant and warehouse managementManagement of inventory in coordination with JIT (Just-in-Time) proceduresRouting and coordination of scheduled deliveriesVarious reports on timeliness and discrepancies
