Through our Climate Control Technologies sector and Thermo King and Hussmann brands, we provide global solutions for the transportation and retail refrigeration market.

We are currently seeking an experienced District Service Manager for our mid-Atlantic territory.  This position encompasses the following: Handle all service related activities within a District in the NAD Truck and Trailer division. Manage Commercial Policy budget based on District and Region objectives. Initiate and manage customer campaigns and service upgrades for customers within district. Identify current service issues and provide data to engineering. Identify and implement solutions to specific product problems of end user and dealer customers relating to the use of Thermo King Truck and Trailer products. Work as liaison between the dealer/customer and the TK Service Department. Provide expert technical advice and instruction regarding the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of Thermo King products to authorized dealers, end users, and OEMs. Monitor and enforce dealer compliance with the authorized dealer agreement as it relates to service issues. Monitor dealer warranty to oversee compliance. Implement training for dealer personnel to reduce cost and improve corporate profitability. Manage Commercial Policy to meet financial objectives. Negotiate, approve, or deny policy settlements to claims by customers and dealers relating to Thermo King Truck and Trailer products. Work with dealers to improve our service network. This includes overseeing technician certification, improving service capabilities, increasing customer base and mitigating competition as identified by Crown Performance.

Qualifications: Ability to work with customers and dealers to improve relationships that will result in incremental business. 5+ years experience in transport refrigeration and electronics. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the use of a laptop computer. Bachelor's degree preferred. Up to 75% travel required.
