Maintains and grows existing customer base and develops new business at new accounts. Identifies new application opportunities for existing and developmental products. Monitors competitive environment and adjusts territory selling and business strategies accordingly. Territory includes: South Central US- TX, OK, AR, CO, KS, MO, NE, CO. Education, Skills and Requirements:• achelor degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Materials Science• -5+ years of selling experience preferably in a technical or engineered plastics field• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills• Knowledge of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT programs. • Knowledge of Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) Software a plusResponsibilities:• Manage territory to meet/exceed business goals and objectives in terms of gross sales, profit plans, and new business development goals.• Identify new opportunities via the collection of competitive information and the reporting of new market/technology trends leading to the development of new product/market programs.• Collaborate with marketing to assist in the development of advertising and promotional programs, telemarketing plans and tradeshow participation necessary to achieve product line sales objectives.• Indentify and foster opportunities for new product sales.• Maintain effective communication with SBU management and staff, customers, and prospect base• Work with manufacturing operations to provide accurate and timely information regarding customer needs for the cost-effective scheduling of manufacturing operations necessary to support sales and service objectives.• Optimize pricing, terms and accounts receivables• Manage and lead customer-specific projects when needed.• Maintain and update an accurate territory sales forecast• Travel 50%+ of timeTO APPLY: For immediate consideration, please apply below.
