District Sales Manager - Agricultural Equipement
Our Client - Is one of the largest, most progressive, privately held Agricultural equipment manufacturers in the US. Our clients products are marketed through dealers in the US and Canada and in over 30 countries through international distributors. Their Opportunity - Our Client is in need of a District Sales Manager (DSM) to grow and manage sales of large, high dollar agricultural equipment to a multi-state dealer network. The sales territory includes states on the western side of Missouri including: KS, northern OK, northeastern CO, northern TX (panhandle). The DSM will work out of an office in his or her home and can reside in any state within the territory. Important aspects of this position include building strong relationships with the dealer base; providing dealer sales personnel with information on product and industry trends; assisting dealers with products, sales, service and training; assisting dealers in development of effective advertising; forecasting product sales; assisting dealers in achieving performance goals; educating dealers on sales incentive programs and assisting dealers in development of annual market plans. Focus will be placed on building good, sound relationships with the customer base, thinking innovatively with the customers voice in mind, and assisting dealers and our client in planning and achieving year over year growth. This position reports directly to our clients Sales Manager. Sales in the pipeline of the second largest territory for this company along with an uncapped potential for commission and excellent benefit package are great reasons to consider this opportunity.
