Distribution Leader

We are located in Maple Lake, MN which is less than an hour west of the Twin Cities metro area, but far enough out that you’re close to doing those things you love. We are looking for a distribution leader. A qualified candidate must have prior supervisory experience and the ability to build and lead a team. The abilities to motivate, problem solve and make decisions are also a must. Experience with various types of distribution equipment including bar coding, RFID, stand up reach trucks, stock pickers, and forklifts and 2+ years of distribution experience with sporting goods and/or “Big Box” retailer experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent plus supervisory experience required. Four year degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Supply Chain OR combination of education and experience preferred. Experience in developing and executing strategic plans, forecasts, and budgets with a high success record will be given extra consideration.
