Director of Sales

Our manufacturing client has been in business for over 30 years creating consumer products and is listed on the NYSE.

In this position you will manage inside and outside sales personnel to maintain and build upon this client’s ecommerce and B-to-B productivity.

Responsibilities

* Manage and call center and sales personnel.

* Create direct marketing plans to sell products via call center and the internet.

* Improve database capabilities by working with designers and users to improve productivity

* Create and manage the strategic plan adapting to changes promptly.

* Acquires new customers via sales staff and direct marketing campaigns.

* Improve e-commerce productivity

* Maintain excellent customer relationships

* Responsible for market analysis and reports to senior management

* Monitor the market to remain competitive

* Create and maintain budgets

* Maintain relationships with vendors

Requirements:

* Strong marketing and sales experience including consumer products and business to business.

* A minimum of 1 year E-commerce experience

* Strong management skills with the ability to motivate your team to achieve

* Outstanding communication skills
