Director of Product Marketing

They have earned a solid reputation for equipment quality, reliability and strength.  Their products are manufactured at 3 facilities in the U.S. to provide quick access and value to their customers.They market their equipment nationwide through a network of independent dealers. Their Opportunity - Our client is searching for a Director of Product Marketing with an in depth understanding of Voice Of Customer (VOC) from an end user and distributor perspective.A working knowledge of 3P, the ability to develop  market strategy and leading new product development are key elements of this position.  The ideal candidate will posses the ability to direct the following areas: Development of market strategy Launch new products Collection and analysis of VOC from end users and distributors Interpretation and integration of VOC into new and current products Collection and analysis of market conditions and competition Measurement of performance to strategic plan Accumulation and analysis of market research data and trends Development and training of personnel regarding VOC and 3P International distribution Cooperative relationships and branding partnerships Serve as corporate ambassador and participate in associations  The position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Opportunities for career advancement are stellar.  The position includes a base salary between $85,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus potential based on personal and company performance.  Great benefit package.
