OMC Precision Productus, a division of Paragon Medical, is an industry leading medical device manufacturer and is searching for qualified individuals to fill the following position located in Indianapolis, Indiana:
Director of Operations
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Manage, schedule and monitor production performance to optimize quality and on-time delivery within budgeted cost structure, while supporting all areas of operations through the use of production resources. Oversee development and maintenance of procedures and policies that ensure compliance with industry regulatory and ISO requirements. Ensure daily practice complies with same. Develop and monitor budgets for capital, Cost of Goods Sold and expenses. Coordinate budgeted expenditures with business plan to ensure quotes reflect current plan.
