Due to continued market growth Career Concepts has been retained to conduct a search for a Master Black Belt and seasoned Black Belt(s) for a world leader in the consumer products industry.  Candidates must be able to accept responsibility for moving the organization forward to the next level of manufacturing while standardizing current business practices.  The new Director/MBB/BB(s) must be prepared to operate in a cross–functional team environment, guide projects from identification thru to completion, & demonstrate a proven track record of training, coaching, and mentoring. 

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

 

· An MBA with an emphasis in Marketing, Operations, Technology, or Engineering.

· BS Degree in a technical discipline such as engineering or manufacturing.

· Candidates should have experience with SCM, Marketing, & Sales.

· The successful candidate must display the ability to train others in Six-Sigma.

· Have experience with Lean Manufacturing methods.

· Demonstrate enthusiastic leadership abilities.

· Display continued career growth & increasing levels of responsibility.

· Show five years of success as a leader.

· Have excellent communication skills.

 

 Additional Information:

 Salary(s): $110K - $150K BaseBonus Eligible:  Yes (15-25%)
