This is a new position my client has created in order to focus on growing sales and managing the Applications Engineering functions. This company is located near Oklahoma City, OK and manufactures products in the HVAC/Ventilation industry. This position will:Manage a team of Applications Engineers Provide tactical management to meet top line sales goals and be a strong resource to the sales organization. Work with Sales Reps to ensure all job specifications are met.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales or the application of Ventilation or HVAC products. The right person could come from a non-management position, a great opportunity to jump into management.
