Director of Human Resources

A rapidly growing $75 million manufacturing company in the Milwaukee-area seeks a progressive Director of Human Resources to oversee all areas of recruiting, compensation & benefits, safety, training, employee communications, policy implementation, and legal compliance for multiple sites. Will report to the CEO and manage two HR employees. 

 

Requirements:

 

· The HR function is viewed as a key strategic partner to the business units. A successful individual must be a "think outside of the box" type of person who strives to make the company a better place for all employees. The right person will have promotional opportunities at this rapidly-growing company.

 

· Bachelor’s Degree required

 

· Well-rounded in HR disciplines (5-15 years experience) and capable of implementing strong and consistent employee programs in a wide range of subjects such as wellness programs, 360% performance reviews, day care centers and other state-of-the-art HR platforms designed to keep the company employee- and customer-focused.

 

· Dynamic and outgoing personality to ensure that polices and programs can be implemented and accepted by employees at various locations. 

 

Salary:

 

· Annual salary: $100-110,000 range, plus 20% bonus potential.
