The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis reports to the Chief Financial Officer and provides financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, strategic planning, and analysis of performance metrics. The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis acts as an advisor by offering support, advice and recommendations to top management, management at our individual operating entities, and our parent company, headquartered in Taylor, Michigan. Key Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses of Milgard's operating performance.Manage financial analysis processes and procedures, finance systems best practices, and identification and prioritization of actions reocmmended.Assist in the maintenace and preparation of financial models used to evaluate project profitability.Provide analytical support for forecasting, long-term planning and annual budgeting.Provide status of financial condition of the company by collecting, interpreting and reporting key financial data.Level of Supervision:Manages one financial analyst; collaborate with 12 location Finance Managers on wide-project basis.Local candidates will be given initial consideration.Click here to apply via the Milgard Career Opportunity PortalJob Experience:Experience Required:8-10 years experience in accounting, financial analysis and financial management.5 years supervisory experience.Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.Proficient in Excel, MS Office and automated financial system.
