Director of Finance - Manufacturing Operations (This job is located in San Francisco Bay Area, CA)Salary: $150k-$175k, plus bonus, options, etc. Responsibilities: In this role, you will help to service inter-company customers and provide financial and strategic guidance to a pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. Applicants must have a strong background in finance and manufacturing operations. Plant operations experience at a Fortune 500 Company in one of the following industries (Consumer Products, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical) is a must. Experience providing financial decision support to engineering and manufacturing is highly desirable. You will be responsible for undertaking the business unit’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis. In addition, you will also oversee the accounting functions and ensure that the operations adhere to GAAP standards. Definite Requirements:· Accounting and finance background in manufacturing operations· 8-10 years professional experience in a manufacturing or operations role, which includes a stint as a Plant Manager.
