Director of FP&A
KBW Financial Staffing has been asked by our large manufacturing company client to locate a very high quality Director of FP&A to run the budget and strategic analysis group in the billion dollar organization. Key responsibilities include working with sales, service and operations to develop the annual budget and driving the operational reporting monthly and rolling forward to best support the strategic decision making of the organization. Successful candidates will have been a Director of Financial Planning recently of a large organization and ideally been a Controller at some point in the past in a challenging environment to have the on the ground operational experience. The selected candidate will have an advanced degree/designation from a highly reputable school or public accounting firm and lead the budget development in an organization of more than $600 million.
