Director of Corporate Marketing

Bel-Ray Company, Inc., a multi-national manufacturer of high performance lubricants headquartered in Central, New Jersey is seeking a Director of Marketing  This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to oversee all marketing activities for Bel-Ray’s very successful Consumer Division. 

 

The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment with a proven track record for success.  Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

•  leading all aspects of  product marketing, beginning with market research through to development and launches, including pricing, packaging, advertising, promotions, collateral materials,

•  coordinating with our R & D and sales teams,

•  generating, negotiating and implementing brand promotion and sponsorship opportunities,

•  manage creative and design for all sales support materials,

•  event management for all Consumer related trade shows, conferences and distributor meetings,

•  management and coordination for multi-divisional ad campaigns including development, media placement, tailoring campaign to foreign markets and distribution of ads to overseas distributors and

•  all internal and external communications including media relations. 

 

The ideal Candidate should have a BA in marketing or other business related field, and advanced business degree and 10-15 years professional experience in marketing, ideally in the power sports industry.  Exposure to media, product marketing/development, sales, and/or sports promotion is required.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must along with proficiency with all Microsoft related programs.
