Director, Wholesale Marketing - lead high profile initiative; unique channel/product marketing role

In this key leadership position in our Price Pfister business you will have the opportunity to make a name for yourself in a complex and highly competitive market sector. Price Pfister, which is part of Black & Decker's Hardware and Home Improvement Group (HHI), offers stylish, innovative and dependable faucets and accessories for the kitchen and bathroom.

You will create the strategies and lead the operational execution of initiatives to increase Price Pfister's market share in the wholesale channel. This will include developing and implementing roadmaps and plans for the channel, and managing multiple product portfolios. This position is unique in that it is one of the few in HHI that combines both channel marketing and product management responsibilities. And, since marketing has traditionally been a fertile training ground for executive leadership throughout Black & Decker, your success here could set you up to pursue multiple career paths.

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a track record of sales and marketing success within the wholesale channel. For the Price Pfister wholesale business, key customers include plumbing showrooms, wholesale distributors, home builders and plumbers. We're looking for a professional with proven success leading cross-functional teams, creating demand in the channel and driving the numbers up. You also will need a demonstrated understanding of P&L management and the leadership skills to influence and motivate others.
