We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Service Marketing at our Bridgeton, MO location. Director of Service Marketing will guide marketing strategy of service solutions, which includes life-cycle asset management of refrigeration and HVAC equipment in retail food markets. Lead the development and implementation of strategies and solutions to profitably grow service business to meet the business objectives. Develop value proposition of the service solutions and develop marketing messaging and sales collateral. Develop ongoing analysis of market sizing, competitive analysis, and market positioning within specific target markets and solution areas. Strategic Marketing / Product Management for all service and aftermarket products for RSA (HVAC, Parts, Competitive Parts, Service Contracts, Reskinning, and others as necessary) Collaborating with product management to specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and customers unmet needs. Develop and implement terriotory-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. Create marketing material content (e.g., presentations, whitepapers, rolling demonstrations, etc.) to generate product awareness & interest Team leadership and budget management.

MBA in addition to an Engineering or other degree. Minimum 5 years experience. Experience in building parts & aftermarket business, development of a business model within a matrixed organization. Requires strong financial & strategic thinking skills. 30- 40% travel required.
