POSITION SUMMARY:- Provide global growth, profitability, rationalization and strategic management of assigned product lines through improved product portfolio management.- Meet or exceed global targets & objectives for bookings, sales, margin and OI. - To provide support, direction, coordination and motivation to the Product Management and IP Sales Departments, on a global basis. JOB DUTIES:- Responsible for establishing and meeting global product forecast of units, parts and dollars for assigned products.- Responsible for developing, managing and monitoring the margin for assigned Products worldwide.- Provide direct supervision, training, expense control and product management of marketing staff for assigned products. - Develop/ maintain Product Portfolio Plans. - Provide global marketing support through: - Coordination with regions to ensure regional plans tie to global product marketing plans- Product training and customer presentations- Sales and plant support by international travel (as needed)- Project review and strategic direction on major projects - Coordinate worldwide communications, advertising and brochures for products sold globally. - Maintenance of Price books and installation lists - Competitive analysis of products (technical and pricing)- Responsible for New Product Development Projects- Initiate cost reduction and product rationalization programs to maximize margin and our competitive position. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Education: BS in Engineering, MBA desired- Experience: 10+ years of experience.- Broad market and product knowledge.- International experience.- Sales/Commercial experience.- Other: Rotating equipment experience, industry experience and foreign languages.- Proven success in motivating a team to achieve high booking/margin goals.- Results oriented.- Customer focus/market awareness - Oral/written communication skills - Mentorship, leadership, integrity, business judgment and team building- Ability to think strategically and develop and implement growth plans. - Organizational astuteness, utilizes all aspects of the business RESPOND HERE!
