Director-Customer Services Business Process Improvement

The Director of Business Process Improvement - Customer Services is responsible for the planning, administering, and completing assigned projects.  Projects may cross several functional and customer facing areas, navigating potentially across domestic and international boundaries. This includes participating in the strategy development. Responsibilities include strategic planning to ensure support required for all channels of business Worldwide.  Manage small or large projects, singularly or concurrently, keeping them on time and on budget through and including the change management and the monitoring of same. Inclusive to this responsibility is providing clear, concise and transparent project status reporting to the Customer Services Team and appropriate stakeholders. Ensure standards and processes are maintained across all Customer Services facilities. This includes management of a monitoring methodology as well as the maintenance of the IT project lists across the division. Responsible for the communication strategy of the division, from the Monthly Advisories, Intl Focus and the Customer Services' Intranet site.  Manage the creation, distribution and need for all Collateral materials for the Company relating to product functional aspects. This includes but is not limited to watch and clock instructions, product care materials, etc. Undergraduate Degree - Minimum 5 years experience identifying and completing large scope projects - Minimum 5 years experience developing and directing the implementation of strategy and solid business processes - Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience or operations experience.) Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with computer applications such as Access and photoshop.
