Job Requirements: SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:' B.S. Degree in Mechanical and/or Chemical Engineering' Approximately 10 years experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical company with project engineering and maintenance' Strong management skills is a basic requirement with relevant experience in packing, processing, facility maintenance, and project managementTo ensure the execution and coordination of all subcontracting operations and external physical flows and define the factory inventory policies and best practices.1.) Execute the receiving of RM/AC and sampling of AC from subcontractors2.) Manage the RM quarantine3.) Execute the shipment of AC/RM/WIP/BULK to subcontractors4.) Execute the shipment of FG to our customers5.) Manage the physical installations related to physical movements: lifts, racks, batteries, docks6.) Define factory best practices in physical flows training, inventory control, safety and quality7.) Participate in traceability initiatives and conformity8.) Optimize the transportation network9.) Validate the subcontracting production plan10.) Short-term plan this production plan and follow its execution11.) Participate in the selection of subcontractors12.) Proactively improve Quality at subcontractors13.) Prepare and manage subcontractor Logistics Agreements14.) Ensure the accuracy of subcontractor inventory15.) Analyze and improve subcontractor losses16.) Participate in subcontractor Industrial Feasibility tests17.) Call-off RM/AC used for subcontracting18.) Analyze subcontractor capacity19.) Coordinate the Quality/Safety audits of subcontractorsEMS Responsibilities1.) Develop & approve the SHE Policy2.) Participate in Management Review3.) Develop and approve SHE goals (targets & objectives)4.) Designate and give authority to an Environmental Management Representative and/or SHE Manager to ensure the programs and systems are established, implemented, maintained and reported to top management5.) Approve & authorize all necessary resources for an effective SHE Program and EMS6.) Periodically reevaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the SHE Policy, the SHE Program, EMS functions, and the overall adequacy of the systems.7.) Communicate relevant information from Management Review meetings to their employees8.) Responsible for providing SHE training to employees when appropriate9.) Responsible for being familiar with SOP's that relate to their area, knowing where the SOP's are located, and ensuring they are followed.10.) Responsible for aiding employees in communicating SHE concerns to appropriate management.11.) Responsible for having a comprehensive knowledge of the SHE Programs, EMS, and emergency response procedures in order to provide their employees the proper information and leadership12.) Communicating relevant SHE information to their employees 13.) Instilling a responsible and aware SHE attitude through word and example14.) Encouraging their employees to use and initiate procedures that mitigate safety risks and negative environmental impact.15.) Responsible for aiding the SHE Manager in gathering the proper financial, personnel and other resources necessary to implement and maintain an effective EMS system16.) Responsible for making facility project decisions that do not have an major, avoidable impact on the environment17.)
